I just got the notification that today marks the
One year Anniversary of my Blog!
Albeit small, it is a significant Milestone for me.

I aspired to set small goals for myself
and the sense of accomplishment I feel at the moment
is the result of many small goals completed.

Coincidentally, today I also ran 7 km.
I have now, for some time been training as I was asked
to be a part of a run team
(#CCRUNCREW- find us on Instagram! )
to train for the upcoming
Nike Womens 15km Run happening on June 14th on
Toronto’s Centre Island.

I remember my first blog post like I remember my first run.
I was scared, intimidated and fearful that I would not be able to carry through.
I was not a runner and my fear of failure was more than I could come to terms with.

Today, a year later, I can confidently say
that with every step and every blog post
I have come to be and continue to be
better, faster and stronger.
I have a newfound confidence in my ability to complete the
small but significant goals that I have set for myself;
today proves that.







Today marks my first Milestone for my writing and running.
The only way to get better at anything is to practice,
and as we all know “practice makes perfect”

Happy One Year Anniversary to this blog!
It is my hope and goal to
a) be better a year from today &
b) to be a stronger, faster runner.
