I am in the middle of helping my dad with a kitchen renovation.
First, it is so much harder than it looks.
Literally blood (from installing wire meshing) sweat (from having removed the old wire meshing that had been nailed down with like 500 staples)
and tears (I’m sure those will come too).
My favourite part though, of course, is the last part- the tiling.
As someone who is always looking for creative ways to change a space, here are some
