My favourite way to cook:

Sheet-pan meals! 🍆🥒🫑

If you’ve been following for a while, you’ll know that I have an affinity for roasted everything; anyone else?
Sheet-pan meals are a go-to for me & it’s honestly so easy to do! 
.
Oven roasted chicken, eggplant, zucchini, peppers & tomatoes w/ little seasoning & little bit of love goes a long way! 

The best thing about cooking like this is that I can turn a sheet- pan of food into several different meals. Everything you see in this photo can be made into a wrap, salad, tacos & more.

The best part for me, is that not only does this taste amazing but it fuels me for a few hours & I feel great! 
.

Walking has become an integral part of my day. It’s when I meditate, process my thoughts & it leaves me feeling so energized!

You want to know the secret to creating good habit You want to know the secret to creating good habits? 

You have to find & do the things that make YOU feel good & put them into practice everyday ✨
.
I do what I do every single day because it honestly makes me FEEL good; waking up early & having 14 hours alone lolll I do it because it brings me so much peace. 

Waking up & not consuming anyone’s content; the day starts with ME & my priorities - NO outside noise to distract or affect me. 

Grocery shopping on a Friday or Saturday night to buy all the nourishing foods so I can make meals like this one that fuel me & make me FEEL good. 

Scheduling my workouts & classes, like the one I just finished - I feel INCREDIBLE right now 💪🏼☺️

Is it easy? Noooo lol but is it worth it? 100000%. I make the conscious decision to practice what makes me feel good to the point where this is now my life & no longer things I even think about. 

Here’s how I think: Short term pain -waking up early- for long term gain -the quiet time I have when I wake up early and the things I do in that time- 
.
So this is a reminder to take the time to find what makes you FEEL your best & start small. Start with a glass of water every morning or maybe start by introducing meditation into your mornings. Be present to what makes you FEEL GOOD. The more you discover what makes you FEEL your best, the more likely you are to put those things into practice everyday ✨
