Even if it makes me nervous or scared or if I’m horrible at it (like tennis 🤣)

A personal goal I shared with you on my stories a few months ago is to have more fun and do things that both terrify me and bring me joy! So here’s to a summer dedicated to showing up, trying new things & having a lot of fun! This weekend was perfect 💕✨

My goal as a trainer & coach is to help you crate healthy habits that require very little thinking. I loveeeeee sheet pan meals because a) it’s honestly the easiest & fastest way to cook and b) you can turn this into 5 different delicious meals!

It’s the perfect day to take 5-10 minutes to stretch. I just finished foam rolling + the stretching IGTV I saved & my body feels so good.

Stretching not only makes you feel good but it’s a great way to gently wake up the body, get blood flowing & helps improve posture.
