As a former gymnast, training has always been a part of who I am. I love moving and pushing my body outside my comfort zone. It is in my discomfort where I discover, still today, my strength and ability to silence the doubts.

I believe that training, healthy habits and having fun are essential for a healthy mind, heart and body. It is my goal to bring people together, push them outside their comfort zones and have them feeling stronger in their mind, soul and body!
