My strength & method of training is done in a way to help you get  STRONGER so that as you age, you can perform your day-to-day tasks and movements with ease. 

SAVE and try these four back and core  exercises: 

• Bent over DB row 
• Bent over DB fly 
• Cross mountain climbers 
• Spider-Man plank

I started my day a whole lot slower this morning and it feels so good. 

I had my lemon water, almond milk latte, read ‘The Untethered Soul’ for 40 mins (I love this book so much!), sat with my face to the window in my office as the sun poured in and am going for my morning walk shortly. 
.
It’s a new day & the energy I want to focus on today is the energy of hope. Choosing your energy is everything - so I invite you to try this too. What energy will you invite in today?  Let me know 💕

• connect with someone you love
• limit social media/ tv time

My go-to loaded breakfast toast has:

• natural organic peanut butter 
• @bonnemaman_ca raspberry jam
• banana 
• raspberries (I usually do blueberries)

• chia seeds
• pumpkin seeds or walnut
