Happy Saturday! I feel sooooo good this morning! Happy Saturday! 

I feel sooooo good this morning! ☺️

Woke up, read for 40 mins, grabbed coffee from @hunter_coffeeshop & just finished teaching my morning strength class w/ the most amazing women 💪🏼💪🏼 
.
Going to spend the next hour reading & skating at 12:30 ☺️

I cannot even begin to describe the day I’ve had I cannot even begin to describe the day I’ve had! The life of an entrepreneur is the craziest roller coaster I’ve ever been on but I wouldn’t have it any other way. 

Anyway, I need some fresh air so I’m stepping out for my second walk of the day.

If you can get out, even if for 10 minutes, dress warm, put on your sunglasses & get outside! It’s so beautiful out ☀️

Today’s reminders:

• drink your water 💧 
• eat foods that nourish you 
• move your body 
• write down your top 3 priorities of the day & do what you can 
• tell someone you love them 💕
Breath, stretch & let it go As much as I pride my Breath, stretch & let it go

As much as I pride myself on being head strong, I def have moments of self doubt. Days where I worry about what people *might* think; days where I feel hurt by what people say & days where I feel some kind of way. 

These things do bother me but I try my hardest to keep my eye on the things that ACTUALLY matter. 

I was rationalizing my thoughts last night *or trying to* and thought: 

I can’t control what people think. I can’t control what people say & I def cannot control what they do. 

But what I do have control of is ME. 
MY thoughts. MY response (or lack there of). MY choices. 

So today I choose to focus on me and all that I HAVE & ALL that I am. I choose to focus on my ability to move freely without pain. My ability to go for morning walks with a friend who really cares about me. 

I choose to focus on my family who rip on me loll but who love me very much. I choose to focus on my incredible community who I get to learn more about everyday; people who barely know me and ALWAYS show up for me. I choose to focus on what I have vs anything that makes me feel less than. 

Everything in life is a choice. I know it’s not easy but when you stop & think about all that you are and all that you have, your perspective suddenly changes. Say it out loud, write it down. Talk it out with a friend but choose better thoughts; even if it’s just one 💕✨
