STRONGERwithKM Virtual Classes

During this time at home it is even more imperative that we move and challenge ourselves so we can maintain a healthy mind and body.

STRONGERwithKM ZOOM classes will help you exercise your mental and physical muscles through a combination of HIIT, resistance and cardiovascular training that push you past your comfort zone.

In these 55 min classes, I will take you through a proper warmup, mobility exercises and a killer workout that will leave you feeling stronger and happier!

Class Options:

  • Tuesday morning bodyweight classes – runs until end of Jan
  • Thursday evening strength training classes – runs until end of March
  • Saturday morning strength training classes – runs until end of March

Equipment needed:
Tuesday morning: 

  • yoga mat
  • booty band

Thursday evening / Saturday morning: 

  • Mini band/booty band
  • Light and heavy dumbbells or household items like water bottles, laundry detergent, etc.
