STRONGERwithKM ZOOM classes will help you exercise your mental and physical muscles through a combination of HIIT, resistance and cardiovascular training that push you past your comfort zone.
In these 55 min classes, I will take you through a proper warmup, mobility exercises and a killer workout that will leave you feeling stronger and happier!
- Tuesday morning bodyweight classes – runs until end of Jan
