Like the March and April Challenges, this 21 Day May Challenge is about doing SMALL but POWERFUL thingsEVERY DAY to help you FEEL GOOD, EDUCATE YOU, MOTIVATE YOU and get you feeling STRONGER!!!

SWKM 21 DAY MAY CHALLENGE

  • 5 days of strength based movement every week – no longer than 30 minutes!
  • All classes will be LIVE via Zoom and recorded in case you miss it
  • Mobility and stretching every week
  • 5 mins of meditation every week
