The SWKM March Madness 21 day Challenge is for you if:

- You’re OVER winter and need a little EXTRA PUSH to get you THROUGH MARCH
- You’re ready to be challenged in your MIND and BODY
- You’re ready to feel GOOD
- You’re ready to add MEDITATION to your routine
- You’re ready for SELF-CARE & want to LEARN about lymphatic drainage
- You’re ready for 20-30 mins of MOVEMENT a day
I don’t know about you but I feel like every day is THE SAME and I need something to LOOK FORWARD TO!
This 21 DAY CHALLENGE is meant to help US get through MARCH TOGETHER.
This challenge IS NOT about going from 0-100. This challenge IS NOT about losing the most weight or inches.
This challenge IS ABOUT doing SMALL but POWERFUL things EVERY DAY to help you FEEL GOOD, EDUCATE YOU, MOTIVATE YOU and have you look forward to something NEW.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
SWKM MARCH MADNESS
- 5 days of movement every week – no longer than 30 minutes!
- Mobility and stretching every week
- 5-10 mins of meditation every week
- Seminars/ workshops w:
