This challenge IS NOT about going from 0-100. This challenge IS NOT about losing the most weight or inches.
This challenge IS ABOUT doing SMALL but POWERFUL things EVERY DAY to help you FEEL GOOD, EDUCATE YOU, MOTIVATE YOU and get you into SPRING feeling amazing and STRONGER!!!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

- 5 days of movement every week – no longer than 30 minutes!
- All classes will be LIVE via Zoom and recorded in case you miss it
