I used to attach my worth to whether or not I was liked; I cared more about what others thought about me than I did myself. 
Truth is, I didn’t trust myself enough; sound familiar?
.
But it’s normal. We don’t want to “make mistakes”, disappoint our friends or family - we’re conditioned to please. 
.
And then one day you feel like you can’t anymore & you have to decide: keep living according to others or start living YOUR way. 
.
It wasn’t until I quit my job that I discovered that I could trust myself and live MY way. It was one of the scariest/ most exhilarating feelings I’ve had, but I knew without a doubt (even with the closest people to me doubting) that it was the BEST decision for ME. 

To this date, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made because I am living in my PURPOSE, helping women live & feel their BEST and it all started with TRUSTING MYSELF. 
.
So my question to you is... are you going to continue living in a way that pleases others or are you ready to live for YOU? 
.
What would you do if you stopped caring about what others thought?

My favourite way to cook:

Sheet-pan meals! 🍆🥒🫑

If you’ve been following for a while, you’ll know that I have an affinity for roasted everything; anyone else?
Sheet-pan meals are a go-to for me & it’s honestly so easy to do! 
.
Oven roasted chicken, eggplant, zucchini, peppers & tomatoes w/ little seasoning & little bit of love goes a long way! 

The best thing about cooking like this is that I can turn a sheet- pan of food into several different meals. Everything you see in this photo can be made into a wrap, salad, tacos & more.
.
The best part for me, is that not only does this taste amazing but it fuels me for a few hours & I feel great! 
.
