Thankful ♥️ I am so thankful to everyone who Thankful ♥️

I am so thankful to everyone who participated in this months #swkmstrongertogetherjanchallenge - from the members to everyone who tuned into my lives, all the giveaway partners and of course, the wellness experts I had the pleasure of speaking to and learning from. 

I was sitting in my office last night processing it all (something I want to get into the practice of doing more of- taking time to appreciate & reflect) and the thread that was connected to everything we did, from every single class to the private members only group and all of the IG lives, was SELF LOVE and doing what feels BEST for you. 

The goal of this challenge and everything I do is to bring you practices, movement, habits and mindset reminders that bring you back to YOU.

If there is one thing I want you to remember & is the thread that is connected to everything I do, it is this: you are worthy (as @sandra.chuma said) of taking care of you however that may look. 

I’m excited to continue bringing you all that I love through movement, reminders and conversations w/ wellness experts and am forever thankful that I can do it all w/ you -

9 MIN BEGINNER BODYWEIGHT LEGS Learning the fund 9 MIN BEGINNER BODYWEIGHT LEGS 

Learning the fundamentals and mastering your own body weight is important when it comes to strength training and a step many people speed through. 

This beginner leg workout uses a three exercises I have done and continue doing every week and exercises you should master before adding any weight! 

SAVE and try! 

Banded glute bridges w/ abduction 
Bench squats
Reverse lunges 

40 seconds of work // 20 seconds of rest x 2
